Claiming Tokens After Finalization

Once the raise creator finalizes the raise, go to the presale page and click Claim. Your tokens are sent to your wallet on-chain. The claim does not require any action from the creator after finalization.

For Receipt Token Presales, you receive receipt tokens representing your allocation. These can later be exchanged for the project’s actual tokens when the project conducts its token generation event.

Claiming a Refund

If the raise does not reach its soft cap by the deadline, the raise enters a Refunding state automatically. Go to the presale page and click Claim Refund. Your full contribution is returned to your wallet. No action from the founder is required. The refund is enforced by the smart contract.
