KYC

KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is available as an optional requirement that presale creators can enable for their raise. When enabled, contributors must complete verification before they can contribute regardless of their wallet balance or whitelist status.

KYC verification is processed by Didit, a third-party identity verification provider. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID and a selfie photograph. Capset receives only your verification status — verified or not verified — and does not store your identity documents.

KYC status is enforced at the smart contract level. Unverified addresses cannot contribute to KYC-required raises even if they are whitelisted.
