Transferability

Receipt tokens are standard ERC-20 tokens. They can be transferred to any wallet. The new holder inherits the claim rights tied to that allocation — the same percentage, the same verified terms, the same on-chain proof.

This is a technical capability of the ERC-20 standard. Transferring a receipt token means transferring the on-chain claim receipt from one wallet to another. Always review the presale terms document before transferring, as creators may specify restrictions.
